MAPFRE volunteers and their families and friends had an enjoyable day. Last year, MAPFRE Insurance General Manager Alfredo Munoz said that the motto of this year’s MAPFRE Volunteers Day is Together for the Environment. Last year we covered over 1,530 trees in the world and collected more than seven tons of garbage. The global success of the event focused on raising awareness on the environment again this year, he said.
Alfredo Munoz stated that different events were organized in each country this year. In Argentina, trees are being planted and awareness-raising activities are conducted in the Philippines. We, as MAPFRE Insurance, carried out environmental cleaning activities in Maçka Democracy Park. It was a very enjoyable day for us, we tried to protect and beautify the city we live in together.
